Founded in 2021, TIERRA META consists of real estate professionals from various backgrounds. Based on our long-term observations of the global real estate market, we now want to take the lead in the upcoming changes in the real estate investment market. We will be providing variety of real estate investment opportunities through blockchain technology.
We are actively looking for partners from all around the world to build and expand our community.

OUR SOLUTION
Asset Tokenization
Each real estate project will be issued with different amount of NFT in different values. NFT maybe valued corresponding to the property value or differently. Investors can buy as many fractions of NFTs they want.
NFT(Non-Fungible Token)
The fractionized property tokens, ‘TIERRA NFT’ will be owned and carried by the investors at all times and can be traded at any moment.
Fast Transactions
Unlike traditional real estate purchases, NFT purchases will be digital and can be traded at any moment though our platform. All purchases and transactions will be made instantly through blockchain.
Transparency
All NFT purchases will be executed through smart contract and recorded on the public blockchain ledger that all transactions can be checked and be assured.
Digital Signature
All the contracts made with Partners and TIERRA META will use digital signature system that allows quick, safe, and assure for our investors.
Crowdfunding
This is an experimental project to use NFT and blockchain technology to crowdfund for property acquisition and for real estate development. NFT holders can become participants of particular real estate project through TIERRA META.
